THESE TERMS REQUIRE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, AND LIMIT SUPERKIDS’ LIABILITY IN A DISPUTE.            

Welcome to www.superkids.run and thank you for using the services offered by Superkids, (Company). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of www.superkids.run (the “Website”), and Superkids Community Platform (collectively, the “Sites”), including any content, classes, resources, and services offered on or through the Sites, whether as a guest, registered user or Superkids Community Member.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly Subscription period. Subscription memberships (including Annual Subscriptions) are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. If you cancel your membership, you lose your current membership rate. If the membership rate increases, you’ll need to re-sign up at the new membership rate. If you “pause” your membership, your current rate stays the same. Unless otherwise indicated, you can only pause your account for 2 months before your payments will automatically resume. 

Coupons

Unless otherwise indicated, coupons provided for use with eligible www.superkids.run products that have a stated expiry date (communicated via email, or via a promotional page) expire at midnight CET on that communicated date unless otherwise stated. Coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Any coupons provided without an expiry date are valid for a period of 30 days from the first time it was provided to you (via email or promotional page). All expiry dates and times are final. Extensions cannot be granted.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials within the Superkids subscription, physical books, or digital courses are protected by copyright owned or licensed by Superkids, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the material. You may stream digital material to your computer or download to your phone/tablet via our apps for viewing and/or printing, as long as the material is kept intact and in the same form as presented within the membership, book or course (including any copyright or other notice) and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Waiver of Liability

You recognize that training requires physical exertion that may, in some cases, cause physical strain or injury. In participating in Superkids’ courses, guidebooks or training plans, you acknowledge you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training or practicing yoga. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any health concerns.
